Billing
General Billing Information and Guidelines
- For customers that will have a regular account with us we will mail you your invoice on the first week of each month. Your invoice will state the service schedule that you requested for the upcoming month, this will allow you freedom to drop or add a service before the services begin.
- We appreciate monthly invoice payments no later than the last day of the month for that billing cycle. Due dates are printed on your invoice as a reminder.
- You may add, cancel or change any service at any time.
- We also welcome pay as you go and one time customers for any of our services. For one time customers we will require payment the same day of service.
- Online E-Billing available on request.
- Online Payments Available.
- Organic incentive to mulch vs. using synthetic fertilizer ( 2.00 credit each mulch/mow). On request only.
- Our minimum charge for any lawn maintenance service is 42.00 plus state tax.
- Our minimum charge for hauling is 50.00 plus refuse fee and state tax.
- Landscape projects vary in price and start at 75.00 plus state tax.
- Some outerlying areas (10 miles or more from Olympia) may have a mileage fee of 10.00 or more plus tax. If this applies we will incorporate it into your final estimate.
- Current accepted forms of payment are all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, E-checks, personal or business checks, money order and cash. Please do not make your cash payment via mail. Also, please keep in mind that we do not carry change. Credit and debit card payments have a 3.00 processing fee.
- For PayPal users click on the 'Pay Now' button down below and log into your PayPal account as usual. Click on 'Send Payment' and make your payment to Billing@olympiahomeandlawn.com
- Accounts that are thirty days or more overdue are automatically suspended without notice. Please contact us if you have reason to believe that you may be late with your payment to avoid unnecessary suspension. Also, any overgrowth as a result to this suspension of service is not our responsibility. If overgrowth occurs due to suspension the property will need to be re-evaluated and the original estimate will no longer be valid.
